Living Gluten Free with Nadine Greskowiak
Interview by Catherine VanWetter
Nadine Grzeskowiak, a registered nurse with 17 years experience in emergency and trauma nursing in Oregon. In 2006 she was diagnosed correctly with celiac disease. Four months later, she felt remarkably better and started RN On Call, Inc. a mobile nursing and advocacy service. Two months later she became the Gluten Free RN. Nadine has spoken to well over 100 groups, locally and nationally, and continues to consult and educate at her Gluten Free RN office in Corvallis.
