Returns
To the Heart of the Matter, whose website is totheheartofthematter.com, will replace or refund your purchase (less shipping and handling charges) if returned within 30 days of your order date. Downloaded products are not returnable or refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by calling after 10 AM PST for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will be issued an RMA along with instructions about how and where to send your return. We cannot accept returns that are not previously authorized.

Your return must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice or sales receipt. Items returned without an RMA or after 30 days of the order date will be refused. Send your securely wrapped packages as we have instructed you to the address we have given you with the RMA. We suggest that you ship with proof of delivery from the carrier, as we cannot provide credit for items we haven't received. We will credit your original payment method less all shipping and handling charges.

Cancellations
Please note: we usually ship your order within 2 business days. We often ship the same day. If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so provided it has not shipped. We will refund the full amount we have charged you. If your order has already shipped, you must follow the RETURNS instructions, above.

Shipping Information
We ship US Priority Mail to US addresses, and US Priority Mail International to destinations outside of the United States. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email.
